An itemised quote. Price and timeline go into the contract.

Permits
We obtain the building NOC and, where needed, authority approvals.

Works
Built to the design, hidden works photographed, daily reports.

Handover and warranty
Checked against a list, cleaned, warranty issued.

- Surfaces checked with a laser level
- Pipes pressure-tested before they are covered
- Waterproofing flood-tested
- Tiles laid to a planned layout
- Hidden works photographed
- A clean site: lifts, corridors and furniture protected

Who does the work
Certified craftsmen with proven qualifications and years of practice. Each one is tested on real work before we trust them with your home.
Warranty
A written warranty on all works: 12 months from handover. If something goes wrong, we come back and fix it.
Permits
We obtain the building NOC and authority approvals. You do not need to visit any offices.
