How much does an apartment or villa renovation in Dubai cost?
It depends on the size, the condition of the property and the materials. We give an exact quote after a site survey and fix it in the contract. The Pricing page explains what affects the cost.
Do I need a permit to renovate?
Almost always. Building management issues a NOC for the works, and layout changes or new services may also need an authority permit. We prepare and submit the documents.
Can the renovation go ahead while I am abroad?
Yes. We agree the design online, send photos and videos every day and hand over each stage by video call.
Will you work from my own design?
Yes. If you have no design yet, we will create one, with drawings and a visualisation of every room.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, a written warranty on all works: 12 months from handover.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and German.
